Either Allison Gundry's cooking was too good or the southerly front was too bad, because Tim's stay at the gundrys extended from one to two days (I reckon it was the cooking).

Tim had a 2-3 metre swell to bash out through, but after that the going was good. Flat calm for the next 63 km to Timaru for the night. Nothing exciting to report.
