Tim put in a really huge effort to claw back some lost time. On the map it was 96km, & on his GPS it registered as 111km of water covered....there must be a lot of zigs & zags to account for the extra distance.

Between Gisbourne & Oraka Tim paddled with a massive pod of dolphins estimated between 70 to 100. He said that it was an amasing experienge that he would never forget.
