Tim started the day with an enormous breakfast.... Mum’s leftover lasagne disappeared in short order. Then it was down the road for a 6am sports massage from Dennis, before heading out to sea into a very strong headwind.

By lunchtime, the weather had packed up & Tim was forced to stop for the day having only covered half of what he had hoped to achieve.
